Joseph K Schmidt, of Bleeding Cool has just asked the Walking Dead panel what it means. Damn, I love being able to do this. Remote control news. Anyway, Schmidt says that Robert Kirkman says;

"It's a teaser! I can't tell you."

He said there will be another tomorrow, then Saturday, then an announcement at the Skybound panel.

Also, no Daryl in the comic. Ever.
