Decide Which Marvel Creative Teams Get Fired After Christmas
Marvel's decision to reduce the amount of repeat titles it's publishing of its core characters had been welcomed by fans committing to collection a character of following their continuity, as well as some retailers who find themselves flooded with too much Thor or Deadpool, finding it hard to judge an audience that is getting turned off by the glut.
But this also means that the publisher has to cancel books, and editors have to tell creators that their work is no longer needed and that their regular pay cheque is no more, at an incredible tough time economically.
It's a horrible job.
But Marvel have made it a bit easier for them, by delegating. Outsourcing. Getting you to do it for them.
That's right, either Deadpool Team-Up or Deadpool Corps is going to be cancelled. And you get to choose which.
Now Deadpool Team-Up has a rotating creative lineup but Deadpool Corps is consistently by Victor Gischler and Marat Mychaels.
And you get to fire them. If you want.
Merry Christmas!
