Don't Trust Veronica! Archie Jumbo Comics #276
Right off the bat, we're back with Jughead telling Archie why he doesn't trust Veronica. Veronica and Jughead's relationship has always been an interest of mine since I started reading Archie. The two have had a long standing feud for 75 years, and while sometimes it seems the two of them are OK, we're pulled back to where we started. In this story, "Dear Fake Diary", Jughead comes up with a ploy to prove to Archie that he can't trust Veronica.
They leave a fake diary out for her to find, and while she does indeed read it, Archie doesn't exactly mind.
This digest also has a few Super Teen stories in it as well. These Super Teen stories are by Silver Age Archie creators Frank Doyle and Bob White, so for any classic Archie fan these are a treat. If you're a Reggie fan, you should also pick these up, since they center around Reggie (for the most part). I've always been fond of the Super Teen series, I'm glad it hasn't been completely ignored. The Super Teen's also gave classic Archie more of an edge in my opinion, since it put them in dangerous and sometimes scary situation, much like the Little Archie line. They give the characters more depth too.
Like I've said in the past, you can't go wrong with the digests. They're perfect for all ages and you really do get a lot for your money.
