29 year old model Karla-Rae Morris received $8,000 of breast implants after advertising on the website myfreeimplants.com three years ago, and after two years, a few nude photos and some YouTube rapping videos, received donations from three men, who she still stays in touch with.

Her jump from 32AA to 34C drew media attention and criticism, as well as the attention of local artist Mike Roshuk, who asked her to pose for his new fumetti-style graphic novel. Morris posed for shots which then had costumes, scenery and props added digitally.
