Orbital Comics of London Runs a Gallery on Comic Book Lettering
Orbital Comics of London uses its gallery space well, constantly refreshing the work on display, using it to launch events, promote comic book work, creators and – in this case – entire methodology and craft.
Running until the 9th of December is an exhibition dedicated to comic book lettering, featuring the work of Comicraft's John Roshell & Richard Starkings, Rian Hughes, Tom Muller and Hassan Otswane-Elhaou, as well as tributes to classic comic book letterers of the twentieth century and a potted history of the discipline.
Contributing artists to the show will also be present at the special closing event on Saturday 8th December from 7pm, with free drinks. Here's a little sneak peek.
The show will be running until December 9th. Orbital Comics is on Great Russell Street, very close to Leicester Square tube station.
