It was a nice weekend to get out and enjoy some good weather for a change. It was also another busy convention weekend with plenty of tidbits and cosplay pics sure to follow for some time. But there was a burst of announcements from the panels of Kapow today, about Mark Millar, Marvel, Movie X, and more. Here's what caught people's attention today:

Hit Girl from Mark Millar and John Romita Jr, Supercrooks from Mark Millar and Leinil Yu
Two new Millarworld books announced at Millarworld, a Hit Girl series from the Kick Ass team of Mark Millar and John Romita Jr, and Supercrooks by Mark Millar and Leinil Yu about superheroes on the south European coast, and a new unnamed Image book from Millar and Frank Quitely, and a name for Gibbons' and Millar's new book will be announced in a couple of weeks after it has been fully registered.
David LaFuente To Draw New Mutants
Marvel artist David LaFuente will be taking over art duties on an upcoming New Mutants arc, a Fear Itself tie in. The book will focus on Dani Moonstar in her Valkyrie role, and Asgardian goddess Hela.
Will FF become Fantastic Four again? Probably. Hickman however pitches his takes on things as "massive 60 issue epics, notes all crazy and detailed due to his design perspective"
