On the right, the Detective Comics #27 8.0 that sold for $1,075,000 on Feb 24th through Heritage Auctions. On the left, the Detective Comics #27 7.5 that went for $657,250 through the same venue yesterday.
Half a point in the grade, as measured by CGC, is worth $400,000.
