This weekend's Free Comic Book Spider-Man/Ultimate Universe title from Marvel Comics promises Joe Kelly and John Romita Jr. on Amazing Spider-Man and a lead-in to Ultimate Incursion by Deniz Camp, Cody Ziglar, and Jonas Scharf. However, it also has a third section of note, by Joe Kelly, Al Ewing, Charles Soule, and Cafu. Including Mary Jane Watson still as Venom, and revealing the state of the relationship between her and the symbiote, who seem to be staying together because of the Spider-Kids… but also the narrator of what's coming next.

Is that Knull? The former King In Black? Something else with those sigils made out of each of their varied version of webbing? When last we saw Knull, Venom had ripped off his armour, punched him through the Symbiote barrier surrounding Earth, plunged his hand into the sun and used the Uni-Power to vaporise Knull. But you know what death is like in the Marvel Universe…

Spider-Man/Ultimate Universe FCBD 2025 will be available for free on Free Comic Book Day in all participating comic book stores. Saturday, the 3rd of May.
