Superman #25 Sets Up A Batcow Vs Supercow Comic In The Future (SPOILERS)
Once upon a time, Grant Morrison and Chris Burnham gave us Bat-Cow, courtesy of Damien Wayne, Bruce Wayne's son and the current Robin.
Today, we may get the possibility of a grudge match to come. Because Superman (and friends) go up against Manchester Black who had taken over a town, seen Lois Lane lose a leg, turned Superboy against Superman and generally been a real pain.
In today's Superman #25 by Patrick Gleason, Peter Tomasi, Doug Mahnke and a metric tonne of inkers, that all goes down at the conclusion of the storyline. First we get to see a multitude of multiverses and characters – and those that we may get to see more of in the multiversal future…
Naurally, Manchester Black gets taken down hard. Eventually.
Indeed, Manchester Black becomes Manchester Blank.
And his mind has gone… somewhere.
It would take one of the many epilogues in this issue to get a clue as to exactly where…
And setting up a potential revenge match that could live on for decades in the memory…
Bat-Cow Vs Manchester Fresian? How Now Manchester Black Cow? Supercow Vs Batcow? There are possibilities here.
Oh and I thought I was being so clever reading the comic, thinking I'd worked out how Lois Lane might get her leg back…
