Reed POP's t-shirts for Special Edition: NYC 2015 range from con-specific shirts of various kinds to a couple of Ultron shirts to Agent Carter shirts. Wait, what? Well, since I hadn't seen the like of them before I was quite enthused as a massive Agent Carter fan. Hearing the show is coming back was a geek re-fuelling moment that kind of reaffirmed my belief in the Marvel TV universe (then I saw Daredevil and that was awesome too).
But let's be honest and say that having not one, but two Agent Carter shirts available officially at a convention is a bit of a surprise if a delightful one. And also say, "Well done whoever made that decision". Of the two shirts, one is a "skinny T" that seems geared toward women in vivid blue with red and white accents (I base that upon its much narrower cut which I examined, but obviously people shouldn't feel limited by that designation), and one is a black shirt with a vivid color outline silouhette of Carter that is more gender-neutral in quality (it had a less narrow cut to it).
Sure, this will help promote the upcoming return of the show, and building that momentum is a good idea, rallying the troops, but it also speaks to the large fanbase of the show, fans who didn't know initially if they'd ever get more Agent Carter, and seems like a nod to their devotion that's going to inspire goodwill.
