The Final Page Of The Final Issue Of The Green Team: Teen Trillionaires That Every Teen Titans Fan Needs To Read (SPOILERS)

I enjoy The Green Team: Teen Trillionaires from DC Comics. But it seems that it might just be me. It is the lowest selling New 52 title by some distance, the only one outside the Top 300 titles.

And today sees it's final issue, number eight, killed by low sales.

So given that hardly anyone is reading the comic, why not spoil the very last page of the comic? Indeed, you never know, it might give the final issue a new lease of life, especially if it ends on an unresolved controversial cliffhanger.

Involving another, more popular comic, undergoing an upheaval.

Which it does.

Teen Titans.

I'd tell you to put your spoiler goggles on, but it seems hardly any of you were going to read the comic book, so why bother? Unless of course, this has stopped you in your tracks and you're thinking "actually, maybe I will read the comic."

If you can find it.

The Green Team is a superheroic force funded by cash. They don't so much have superpowers (or until recently they didn't) an they basically solve problems by throwing money at the problem. And it usually works, sort of. But they have problems as a team, getting attention, getting experience, getting things done. So what do you do with a problem like that?

That's right, you throw money at it. And buy the solution from someone else.

And that is the final page of Green Team. There is no more.

So what does that mean for the Teen Titans? Cancelled, expected to be relaunched, will it be some merger between the two? A Teen Titans For Hire? An international franchise?

Or will this be ignored,  never to be mentioned again? I do hope not.

Put it this way, a fair few Teen Titans will probably be trying to get a copy of this comic today if only to work out what the hell is going on.

Green Team #8 is published by DC Comics today. Comics courtesy of Orbital Comics, London, currently exhibiting an art battle between Savage Pencil, Chris Long and Andy Dog…
