If you ever needed any more proof that we're back in the  nineties, Warren Ellis is writing a new book featuring a die-cut cover. Only problem is, it's not a comic book.

Gun shots have been used in comic book die-cuts before, Punisher War Zone #1 standing out in my mind. But one comic compnay actually shot a real bullet through their comics, the pages designed to work around a real gun shot straight through the middle… can anyone remember whih comic? Was it Malibu?
