Google Stadia Announces Full Roster Of Games At Gamescom 2019
Earlier this year, Google announced its entry into the console race with a system that operates entirely through the cloud, the Google Stadia. The console is set to have a soft release this November with the Stadia Founder's Edition for $130. Early adopters will also receive a free copy of Destiny 2: The Collection and three months of Stadia Pro, the system's premium online service. Stadia Pro normally costs $9.99 per month and, similar to Games With Gold and PlayStation Plus, the service provides users a small selection of free titles each month.
Following November's Founder's Edition launch, Google is expected to do a wide release of the Stadia in 2020. However, with so many gaming devices already available, many are unsure what the tech giant has to offer.
When Stadia hits the market, both Sony and Microsoft will already have established cloud-based gaming platforms with PlayStation Now and the upcoming Project xCloud, respectively. Despite the odds, Google has begun making a case for why gamers should care about their console by establishing relationships with popular developers like CD-Projekt Red, Bungie, and more. Even with those connections what exactly can we expect Stadia to provide? Well, we have some idea of that following Google's Gamescom press conference.
This is a list of every game expected to release on Google Stadia(as of August 2019).
