Sneak Peek At Season 2 Of Broadchurch
BBC America has released a sneak peek at the second season of Broadchuch which picks up seemingly not long after the first season as the murderer stands trail and shocks everyone. David Tennant, Olivia Colman, Jodie Whittaker, Andrew Buchan and Arthur Darvill all return while Charlotte Rampling, James D'Arcy and Eve Myles are newcomers to the show.
The crime drama obviously did well enough to earn a second season in the U.K., but the U.S. adaptation Gracepoint did not fair so well even when keeping Tennant in the lead role. Its possible that the airing of the series on BBC America took away a big enough chunk of the potential US audience to make the adaptation fail.
The new series of Broadchurch premieres March 4th.
