I fully expected Final Fantasy 15 to have a presence at this years E3 Especially with Square Enix announcing that they are holding their own press conference, it would've been the perfect time to try and get more word out about the game.

It seems that Square Enix have thrown their hat in the ring of E3 press conferences this year It's a space that is already getting pretty crowded what with Bethesda already announcing their first show ever alongside convention regulars Microsoft, EA, Ubisoft and PlayStation.

That's why you see them paying other developers for exclusivity, such as the Rise of the Tomb Raider deal that will see the game only on Xbox this holiday season.

I think Microsoft have had pretty decent press conferences during their last two E3 showings They haven't been mindbending like the infamous Sony confrence in 2013, but they have been heavily game focused, rubbing off the stigma that the corporation cares more about TV and movies than it does about games.
