Smith will produce the movie with James Lassiter and Jon Mone through Westbrook Studios, with McFarland Entertainment's Joey McFarland and Escape Artists' Todd Black. Fuqua will executive produce under his Fuqua Films banner, alongside Cliff Roberts. Variety had the news.
