Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 7 Preview: Can The Deke Squad Fix This?
In our previous preview, we told you about how Mack (Henry Simmons) and Deke (Jeff Ward) are stuck in 1982 as we "Hammer-dance" our way into this week's "The Totally Excellent Adventures of Mack and The D," but less out of choice and more from an unexpected time jump on the part of the Zephyr. This means that for this week's Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Mack and Deke need to find a way back to the team without screwing up anything in the 80s. Making that a tad bit difficult? Not knowing if the Zephyr will ever come back to get them, so that means it's up to Deke to assemble a team to get some answers- and kill some robots. In the following sneak preview, we get a look at Mack's formal introduction to… The Deke Squad. To be fair, we actually preferred "The D Team," but no one was asking us:
Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 7, episode 7 "The Totally Excellent Adventures of Mack and The D": After being unexpectedly stranded in 1982, Mack retreats to his childhood home to process the death of his parents, while Deke gets to work scouting a chart-topping group of new agents. With no idea if or when the team is coming back for them, time seems to finally be on their side … at least until the killer robots show up. Written by Brent Fletcher and directed by Jesse Bochco.
