Food Network's Spooky Halloween Season Schedule Is Alive! It's Alive!
Food Network's spooky season lineup includes Halloween Baking Championship, Halloween Wars, Outrageous Pumpkins, and much more!
Look alive, or dead, or even undead – Food Network is releasing their fall spooky season lineup early this year as an extra special treat. Halloween Baking Championship, Halloween Wars, and Outrageous Pumpkins all return with new seasons and a new batch of fresh blood – er, competitors. Alongside those new seasons, all-new specials include Kids Baking Championship: Scary Good and Road to Halloween Wars, and special Halloween-themed episodes of The Kitchen and The Pioneer Woman round out the full lineup.
Halloween Baking Championship is back Monday, September 16, with 10 new bakers, host John Henson, judges Stephanie Boswell, Carla Hall, and Zac Young, and steampunk vibes. Who can guess what's lurking in Henson laboratories this year?
Halloween Wars returns Sunday, September 22, and sees eight teams of pumpkin carvers, cake bakers, and sugar artists create mind-blowing monster-themed displays. Each team is captained by former champions, all working to impress returning judges Shinmin Li and Aarti Sequeira. Before the new season begins, the new special Road to Halloween Wars takes audiences on a look at the selection process for competitors before getting to the competition.
Outrageous Pumpkins is back on Sunday, September 29, with host Damaris Phillips and, for the first time, a returning all-star cast of 14 of the country's best pumpkin carvers matched up in teams. These elite duos will be challenged to create over-the-top pumpkin creations to take home the first-ever title of Outrageous Pumpkins All-Stars Champions.
Kids Baking Championship: Scary Good premieres Monday, October 7. Four of our favorite kid bakers return to celebrate both sides of Halloween—scary and sweet. Hosts Duff Goldman and Kardea Brown challenge the bakers to make pull-apart Halloween cupcakes with one of the hottest peppers on the planet.
As we mentioned earlier, viewers can also look forward to special Halloween-themed episodes of The Kitchen and The Pioneer Woman. All shows will premiere on Food Network, and additional content like exclusive clips, photo galleries, recipes, and tips will be available on Foodnetwork.com.
