With just one month left before Riverdale, The CW's new series based on the Archie Comics universe and characters, it's time to ramp up the hype machine and what better way to start than a gritty, neon teaser poster.

The show is going to be very different from what your parents think of as Archie. This certainly gives a feel for where they're going. With an edgier, darker and more subversive feel, all the classic characters from Archie, Betty, Veronica, Jughead and Josie will appear.

Riverdale stars K J Apa, Cole Sprouse, Camila Mendes, Lili Reinhart, and more. The show debuts Thursday, January 26 at 9pm
