That is the first fourteen pages of Double Jumpers, a new book from Dave Dwonch (Space-Time Condominium) and Bill Blankenship (Thunderchickens…. yes, that Thunderchickens), described as "a mature-readers series ideal for fans of epic fantasy action and old-school platform gaming. Double Jumpers will also be available on for pre-order in March with a May release in comic book shops, and will also be Graphicly, Kindle, Kobo, Nook, the Apple Bookstore, Google Books and various digital distribution outlets."  Basically everything then. "The chaos begins after Jason and his team of programmers gets stuck in their own virtual reality game and must find a way to get back to the real world. Unbeknownst to them, the fantasy characters they inhabit have taken control of their bodies… and now wizards and warriors run free in Las Vegas during the biggest videogame convention of the year!"

Out in May, folks, from Action Lab Comics. Talking of conventions, as part of Action Lab Comics, Dave also had a fun time at the recent Image Comics Expo. He told Bleeding Cool;

It was a great first show, and definitely a very encouraging start to the con season. I think the Action Lab line-up skews towards the taste of the Image Comics fanbase. We had a very good response, selling out of Princeless, and moving a lot of books including our all-ages children's book "Monsters are Just Like Us," "Space-Time Condominium," and the horror title "Snowed In." I also got to meet and thank Zub, who was gracious enough to write a Skullkickers/Princeless crossover for our trade and an upcoming issue of his title. The whole show was a bit of a love fest, really. If Image decides to continue hosting the show, I'll definitely be on board to attend.
