With Edgar Wright wowing the world with the new trailer to Scott Pilgrim, here's another look at his music video for his then-girlfriend Charlotte Hatherley's track Bastardo.

Taking on the fumetti and feature article stylings of British girls comics from the seventies and eighties, and featuring the likes of Simon Pegg, David Walliams, Lauren Laverne, Alice Lowe, Julia Davis and Lucy Davis.

It's still a dazzling piece of work. Was there ever any doubt that this was the man to make Scott Pilgrim ping quite so perfectly?
