This is what happens when I don't keep up to date with the small pile of comics by the side of my bed. I miss something like this.

In Glamourpuss #18 by Dave Sim, which was published earlier this month, there's the return of a certain special someone.

Exactly. In his first complete story since Cerebus #300. It is an imaginary story, but aren't they all? And rather than enacting a plague of righteous fury across Madison Avenue, Cerebus instead gets caught up in the celebrity, movie and music culture of the time to the point of obssession. Including "the twist".

Don't make the mistake I made. Pick up Glamourpuss #18 at any comic shop that still has copies, or if it is sitting in a small pile by the side of your bed, read it tonight. There's also some great stuff on Alex Raymond too..
