Loot Crate Gets A Big Trouble In Little China/Escape From New York #1 Comic, Will Top October 2016 Charts

This is the Loot Crate exclusive cover for Big Trouble In Little China/Escape From New York #1, the Boom! crossover that came out last week.

And while it may not have topped the sales in comic book stores, by being included in this month's Loot Crate, it will be guaranteed to top Diamond's sales charts in November.

Loot Crate has a subscription base of over half a million. And because Boom! is an exclusive client of Diamond, all direct sales have to go through Diamond and are recorded by its chart.

Marvel Comics boasted that Champions #1 had sold over 400,000 in October.  I also understand that while it was initially discussed, this does not include a Scholastic Book Fair cover variant.

But Loot Crate has more subscriber …. and so Big Trouble In Little China/Escape From New York #1 will do better. And Marvel will be denied a Champions no 1.
