Surprise: Jorge Fornés is Drawing Today's Batman #60
Tom King is allergic to solicitations. There's never a listing for Batman that he can't twist, turn, betray, change, or completely ignore when it comes to the actual comic book.
So when he posted news that Jorge Fornés was to be drawing an upcoming issue of Batman, little did we know he actually meant the following issue of Batman. With a Batman striding the rooftops of Gotham in a very David Mazzuchelli–Batman: Year One style, laying down beatings on Batman's rogues gallery who may have had dealings with Bane.
But he is. Here's the increasingly inaccurate solicitation copy – which may mean that the comic in question is made returnable. But, if the news wires pick up this story of the Penguin's confirmed bestiality and turn it into a Batman Damned situation – shouldn't be a problem.

So also, no, Cobblepot isn't in the crosshairs of some very teed-off villains. the Batman and Penguin aren't bonding. But maybe Alfred and the Penguin are…
