Chip Zdarsky Will Draw Some Of Daredevil #1 As Well As Write It

Daredevil #1 is being relaunched in February in a new series written by Chip Zdarsky and drawn by Marco Chechetto. I was asked in Orbital Comics by a staffer yesterday if this was really happening of if they had dreamt it. I assured them that, yes, it was really happening. But we know little else.

Zdarsky is best known as a cartoonist and artist, drawing the likes of Sex Criminals. But he has written a goodly tonne for Marvel Comics of late, including Howard The Duck, Peter Parker The Spectacular Spider-Man, Star-Lord and Marvel Two In One while occasionally drawing covers for the comics.

But Marvel has informed retailers that as well as writing Daredevil #1, Chip Zdarsky will be joining Marco Chechetto as an artist on the book. What form that will take is still unrevealed… but that's true of the comic book as a whole.
