Transformers Masterpiece Bumblebee Version 2 Up For Order

Transformers Masterpiece Bumblebee Version 2 is now up for preorder in online stores. This new version of the figure by Takara Tomy comes with two interchangeable faceplates, a license plate, a blaster, a blaster effect, and a mini Spike Witwicky figure. This figure is all plastic, and of course transforms into a yellow VW Bug. It will also features translucent window. This figure is cartoon accurate, as you can see from the pics. The Masterpiece Bumblebee will ship around September, and will cost you around $120 depending on where you order it. I really like the look of this figure, although his backpack (not visable here) is pretty huge on his back. Over the weekend he was on display at Wonder Festival and it looked a little large. Hopefully its not an issue while posing.

Joining the Transformers Masterpiece line is everybody's favorite Autobot, Bumblebee. Transforming from robot to his classic VW vehicle mode Bumblebee features translucent windows and opening doors while in vehicle mode. Bumblebee comes with several accessories including alternate face plates and an in-scale Spike Witwicky figure.
