William Wright  writes,

I was lucky enough to make it out to this year's FanExpo in Toronto. While the majority of the comics industry had settled into Baltimore Comic Con to peddle their new wares at the retailer summit, Toronto's annual FanExpo packed the Metro Toronto Convention Center for Labour Day weekend. Although there was a lack of comic book publishers on display this year (except for Valiant, Zenescope, and Aspen), the whole building was insanely packed with almost 100,000 fans flooding through the gates. This year's line-up was anchored by Stan Lee's final appearance north of the border, as well as appearances by Frank Miller, Joe Quesada, Greg Capullo and Kevin Smith.
