It is meant to be embargoed till next week. 8pm Tuesday, to stores throwing launch parties, Wednesday for everyone else. Mind you, it was also supposed to be distributed to comics in a sealed separate box, rather than being mixed in with all the other comics and that didn't happen either.

Avengers Vs X-Men #0 is for sale in all comic stores today, but issue 1 is supposed to be released next week. Nevertheless it has been sent out early, with dire warnings for anyone who sells the comic before its due time.
