Can Spider-Man/Deadpool #50 Recapture That Rob Liefeld Magic? (Preview)

Spider-Man/Deadpool #47 introduced the world to Major X, a character that would go on to sell out his first three issues (and counting) from superstar creator Rob Liefeld. The first appearance of Major X may be Spider-Man/Deadpool's greatest legacy, especially with the series ending with Spider-Man/Deadpool #50. But with that issue hitting stores on Wednesday, does this preview show the creative team is looking to capture that Liefeld Lightning in a Bottle one last time?

The preview begins with Deadpool, leading his team of Marvel superheroes, and with the help of Gwenpool, having broken the fourth wall for real in the most extreme way possible, bringing his team into the "real world," our universe.

But with The Manipulator now running rampant in our reality, Gwenpool quickly searches for a solution in her comic book collection, and she finds, like Major X, another long-lost 1990s property, neXtForce…
