In next week's issue of Invaders #3, Captain America shows off his trademark charm. Cap visits a Navy base to warn them of an impending attack from Atlantis, something they honestly should probably be looking out for all the time. But the thing is, Cap doesn't actually want the Navy to do anything about it. Despite Namor's murderous ways, Captain America still believes he can be reasoned with, and he wants the Navy to hold off while he and original human torch Jim Hammond attempt to negotiate with their old World War 2 buddy…

Sorry, Admiral, but that's the way it goes with the Avengers. If you're one of their friends, you get a billion chances. But if you are, for example, a teenage girl who they believe might commit a crime in the future while under the influence of a bird-themed cosmic death god, they want to lock you up on the moon. Bunch of hypocrites. And yeah, we're still sore about Avengers vs. X-Men. We never won't be. Never forget!
