All The Clues for Harbinger Wars 2 In Today's Harbinger: Renegade #1 (SPOILERS)

Valiant's much-publicized new villain, Alexander Solomon, makes his first official appearance in today's Harbinger #1 by Rafer Roberts with art from Darick Robertson, Juan Jose Ryp, and Raul Allen. Billed as a chief architect for HARBINGER WARS 2, Valiant's major event of 2018, he's already jumped right into aligning the pieces for the upcoming event.

Right off the bat, we learn that Solomon used to be close allies with Toyo Harada, the former big bad of Harbinger and a major player in the original Harbinger Wars. But for reasons unknown, Harada decided to eliminate Solomon.

It didn't go so well. Nonetheless, Solomon went into hiding…and is now consorting potential young psiots into performing home-made activation procedures…

…Often to lethal results.

And now, Solomon's "Consortium" has caught the attention of the NSA, who aren't overly fond of potential psiots mutilating themselves.

In fact, Alexander Solomon, potential psiots, and the Harbinger Renegades are all the rage on the NSA's watch-list. No doubt they'll play a role in Solomon's bigger plans.

But where's it all going? Well, every potential psiot is now a matter of public knowledge, meaning Solomon's Consortium has an endless supply of possible psiots to activate or experiment on.

That doesn't sit well with some of the Harbinger Renegades, who feel responsible for all the deaths the Consortium has instigated. And with that guilt, they contact their most powerful team member, Peter Stanchek, to come back to Earth and make things right.

And now, unwittingly, the Renegades have put Peter—the one psiot who can activate others with 100% success—within Alexander Solomon's reach. It's almost like it was meant to be, isn't it?
