This Comic Store Is Giving Away Free Pizza With Every Issue Of Doomsday Clock #1 Tonight

Collector's Paradise in Winnetka, California is one of many comic book stores participating in an almost-midnight release of Doomsday Clock #1 by Geoff Johns and Gary Frank tonight. But they are going one step further.

As well as selling Doomsday Clock #1, as well as the 11:57 p.m. exclusive variant cover (although to be frank, everyone will want the Rorschach lenticular cover), they will also have be giving away free Watchmen pizza.

Those who buy a copy of the comic tonight, or who commit to 30% off the whole run, will get two slices of pizza and a drink from D'Amore's Famous Pizza at the event and a Doomsday Clock T-shirt, while they have them in stock.

And everyone who turns up can grab Doomsday Clock posters, coasters, and pins. There'll be raffles, a cosplay competition, and posable backdrops for selfies. The cosplay contest winner will get a signed book and lithograph by Geoff Johns, a Doomsday Clock pancake kit, and a Rorschach journal.

Copies will also be available as part of the midnight raffle, which will follow a thank-you video message being provided by Geoff Johns at 11:57 p.m. exactly. They will also use the event to announce their Black Friday offerings.
