There was no issue of Cyborg listed in DC Comics' September 2018 solicitations.

We've been here before — Cyborg was cancelled with #20 but then revived three months later with #21 written by his original co-creator Marv Wolfman.

But now, even though Cyborg has been solicited up to a double-sized issue for #25 in August, both that issue and the previously solicited #24 for July will no longer be published. Even though the already-published #23 ended on a cliffhanger…
