Dan Abnett and Brett Booth certainly likes to tease their audience.

Handed a book like Titans, with a back story that seemed to indicate that the previous Teen Titans, now the Titans, were hidden from DC Universe history, by Kadabra, possibly working for Watchmen's Dr Manhattan, they created this panel.

Well in the DC solicits for February 2017, they're up to it again, as the team move to New York.
