A Helping Hand For Robot Assimilation: Illustrated Novel How To Pass As Human Is Coming From Dark Horse
From Dark Horse Comics, comes an illustrated novel from critically acclaimed author Nic Kelman, with illustrations by Pericles Junior, and cover by Terry Dodson, entitled How to Pass as Human. The novel will focus on a field guide written by Android Zero (a.k.a. Zach), who provides sketches, graphs, flow charts, and further information on how androids can pass as human completely undetected. With Nic Kelman's bachelors in brain and cognitive science from MIT, in combination with his accomplished background as an acclaimed novelist and screenwriter, How to Pass as Human is sure to be a sophisticated work.
It's said to appeal to fans of The Zombie Survival Guide due to its new spin on a science fiction tradition. The premise sounds fascinating, and I don't want to sound like a paranoid human, but these are things that we might actually have to think about someday. I'm not into the whole "Zombie Craze," because I have a hard time believing that will ever happen. However, I do believe in the power of technology, and I believe that one day it might be hard to decipher between robot and human. It sounds like this is something that Nic Kelman has also considered, and I can't wait to have a chance to read this book.
How to Pass as Human is set to release this October.
