Today Donny Cates and Ryan Ottley deliver a Marvel/DC Comics crossover in the opening pages of The Hulk #2. And no, no it's not official, Marvel and DC aren't even signing off on a JLA/Avengers reprint in honour of George Perez yet. But they do manage to sneak one in, in the opening pages, published today…

Arterial Dimension? A dimension made of arteries between spaces? Well, that would be The Bleed, wouldn't it? An older version of Apollo up front, with a Midnighter and Swift in the back…

The Alternate Universe Timeline Hazard Operations Response & Intervention Team Y? What might that stand for… and any chance it might make its way into Donny Cates and Geoff Shaw's Crossover series?

Ouch. Not anymore, I guess. But very much in The Authority tradition of this sort of thing.

Might we see The Alternate Universe Timeline Hazard Operations Response & Intervention Team Y again? Probably not very likely, but this is the way the Squadron Supreme started out, so who knows? Anyway, there are plenty of other adversaries out there to keep his attention.

It's like Hulk #181 all over again. Just you know, bigger. Go on Donny and Ryan, do Invincible next, you know you want to.
