Batman Urban Legends #4 is in stores from DC Comics on Tuesday, and in this preview we see just how little Jason Todd has grown as a character over the years. You'd think this guy would have learned something by now, right? This issue also features Camrus Johnson of the CW show Batwoman writing a story starring his character, Luke Fox.
