Marvel Comics is offering the following titles to retailers as retailer exclusive variant covers in October. Ten of them. Looks like the numbers are creeping up again.

• Amazing Mary Jane #1 (Order By 9/13)
• Excalibur #1 (Order By 9/20)
• Marvel Zombies: Respawn #1 (Order By 9/20)
• Red Goblin: Red Death #1 (Order By 9/20)

Expect X-Men to be the most popular, Red Goblin: Red Death for the speculator stores, Amazing Mary Jane for J Scott Campbell's online store and Excalibur for us Brits. Forbidden Planet has it's name all over that. Or rather, they will do.

As for J Scott Campbell, he's already referring to the cover below in his Marvel Comics #1000 page, what are the odds he'll do a tribute to himself for his own exclusive variant of Mary Jane?
