Hey Fandom, I'm back with another fat stack of New Comics Now! It's not a big week, but there's some stand outs.

DC leads with Gail Simone's Secret Six #1, which I enjoyed. Catman is back! I'm happy to see Black Alice too, but the other four I could take or leave at this point. I'm excite to see this book and concept return in the New 52. Justice League 3000 #12 is the return of BLUE & GOLD! Blue Beetle and Booster Gold wake up in the 31st century and carry on like no time has past since 1989! I loved everything about this issue, but I'm soft selling it to other because I'm too close to it. I you like anything JLI or Booster Gold ever, you should pick it up though.

Angela: Asgard's Assassin #1 was a mixed bag for me. I love the creators, and I liked the book, but I don't really care for the character. I never liked where she was spawned from, and I was just beginning to warm up to her as Gamora's frenemy. I'm okay with all this Asgardian stuff, and the writers here really moved the ball down the field in making me care about Angela. If you liked her at all, you be happy with her here. Thanos vs Hulk is some damn fine Starlin nostalgia. If you don't like Thanos Quest, Infinity Gauntlet or Warlock and the Infinity Watch, you should really pass on this book. If you are bitten by the nostalgia bug, it's your cure.

Image made make week with another issue of Tooth & Claw and Birthright #3. Crossed 100 #1 is 100 years after C-Day, and written by Alan Moore. Also, Dynamite's Shaft #1 would make his creator proud.
