Frank Frazetta Conan Painting Sells For $1.5 Million At San Diego Comic Con

It is one of his most famous works. And yesterday Conan The Destroyer, the 1971 painting by Frank Frazetta that both defined the character and the visual language for the fantasy genre for decades to come, was sold in a private sale agreed at the San Diego Comic Con 2010 with Robert Pistella and Stephen Ferzoco of Frazetta Management Corporation.
