Lots of looking forward in comics today. There's definitely something in the air right now, and as I spotted someone mentioning on twitter this morning, it's not a sense of impending doom for a change. And although there's a building feeling that DC is going to crush the charts this fall — at least for awhile — Marvel analytics remind us for the second time in an overwhelmingly DC-centric week that a few months is a battle, not a war.

One side effect of their approval process is that details of DVD packages can be sniffed out before the official announcements come. Today, for example, I can see what the Captain America: The First Avenger home entertainment release is going to contain. Looks like we're in for 71 minutes and 23 seconds of supplements.
