PTA Night is an all-ages comic from Image by Jeremy Scott, author/artist of the similarly targetted Lava Is A Floor. It appears to be a "pantomime" comic, with no dialogue, but intricate detail, each double page splash featuring the school, each classroom a different panel, each splash a different time period as a normal Parent/Teachers Association meeting taking place as the school is slowly taken over by werewolves, zombies, aliens and science experiments gone wrong.
PTA Night appears to be a rather clever use of the comics medium to tell a different kind of story, with a Where's Waldo detail element, given fancy production values and not-quite-a-comic-although-it-clearly-is sheen, to get past any parental comic book snobbery.
Based on this I may just have to buy my daughter a copy.
