Preview This Week's Lobster Johnson: Get The Lobster #1
Our favorite noir crime-fighter who may or may not be a ghost depending on when the narrative is jumping in, is back from Dark Horse, and there's nothing more terrifying than the glowing sign of the Lobster for denizens of the murky underworld he inhabits. This arc is written by Mike Mignola and John Arcudi, with art by Tonci Zonjic, and colors by Dave Stewart. This week, "Get the Lobster" kicks off in its five part arc wherein a "sporting event goes terribly wrong as the ref is killed in front of a live audience by two crazed—and seemingly bulletproof—wrestlers".
Tonci Zonjic may be at his best drawing wrestlers in devil masks and–wait–is that an allusion to Hellboy and his wrestling days? No, actually that happens much later in the Hellboy Universe, in 1982, but for us readers there may be some resonance. Take a peek and don't forget to "Get the Lobster" this week (sorry I just had to use the title as a catch phrase).
