Superman #1 To Be Auctioned For CharityOn November the 6th, a charity auction is being held to raise money for Variety – The Children's Charity of Southern California. As wll as heaps of movie memorabilia, one item dpoes stand out rather.

A high grade unrestored copy of Superman #1.

And with sales of Golden Age key comic books hitting the stratosphere of late, breaking record after record, this could go for a lot more than certain people may have otherwise expected.

If nothing else, it might be worth popping down to take a look. They'll have original Bob Kane Batman artwork as well…

The auction is held at The Globe Theatre at Universal Studios on November the 6th at 6pm.
