The Cover To Spawn #216 – Seventeen And A Half Years Late

This is the cover to Spawn #216, by Todd McFarlane. But not this Todd McFarlane. This is the Todd McFarlane back in the early nineties. Originally planned (and solicited) for #19, featuring The Freak, it was never used – and the issue was replaced by one writen by Tom Orzechowski and drawn by Greg Capullo.

But now, with The Freak returning, it's a perfect opportunity to reuse it. And for a black and white variant version too…
