Winter World And City On The Edge Of Forever Sell Out And Go To Second Printing

The former might be helped by the fact that it's being turned into a TV show. The latter may be helped by the fact that it was already turned into a TV show, fifty years ago.

Winterworld #1 from Chuck Dixon and Butch Guice, released on June 18, has sold out on the distribution level with a print run of 10,600 (across all covers) and initial orders of 8,459. The second printing will be 1,500 copies and the 2nd printing cover is above.

While Star Trek: City on the Edge of Forever #1, the first visual interpretation of the original version of Harlan Ellison's Star Trek teleplay script, also released on June 18 has sold out with a print run of 15,000 and initial orders of 13,140. The second printing will be 2,000 copies and the 2nd printing cover is below…
