The Savage Dragon Who Could Take A Lesson From The Dragon in Saga

Today's Savage Dragon follows up on what have been dubbed The Threesome Issue and The Foursome Issue. But first, a spoiler warning from the cast themselves…

Consider yourself warned. At the end of the last issue, we discovered that one of the Foursome participants had turned up to tell Malcolm Dragon the news that she is pregnant. And Malcolm reacts as sensitively as one might expect a teenage boy to act.

Okay, Malcolm does have a – let's call it a medical condition – that makes this pregnancy rather special. There's really no wiggle room here, it conveniently turns a lot of grays into black and whites, but does rather get to the nub of the issue – whose life is more important? In the rather lurid, brassy and bold fashion that this comic does, well, everything. So how does this go down?

As well as you might expect.

Of course there were more that two people in that foursome… hence the name. And so..

Malcom Dragon's solution this time?

What if the baby might not be his, with all the problems that would bring?

Again, folks, he is a teenager. I'm just hoping it's not his answer to every problem in life… otherwise this could become a very repetitive character trait.

Of course, he's not the only dragon with sexual urges in today's comic books from Image. Though the one in Saga has a very different way of dealing with things. Apologies for the blacking out… not even if it's a dragon's, I'm told.

I wonder if Malcolm Dragon can do that?
