Tolkien, According To The Hildebrandts, From Thirty-Five Years Ago

Dynamite is to reissue the art created for three Tolkein Calendars by the Hildebrandt Brothers, from the nineteen seventies and long out of print, in time for the Hobbit movie release in December.

The Tolkien Years of the Brothers Hildebrandt, also has Greg Hildebrandt, Jr telling the stories behind the creation of the artwork. Additionally, a new 2013 Calendar has been created using specifically chosen artwork from all three calendars.
