Vault Comics is Gifting Readers a Free Wasted Space Holiday Special This Wednesday
In a move that's sure to make for a happy holidays, upstart publisher Vault Comics is dropping a Wasted Space Holiday Special in stores — well, some stores — next week. It's not quite a Kirkman-drop, as the comic was announced over the Thanksgiving holidays, but it was apparently not solicited and will instead be delivered to shops in the dead of night by a fat man in a red suit driving a sleigh pulled by flying reindeer. Either that, or just shipped out to the top 500 stores who stock Vault Comics.
Here's what the solicit sent out by Vault Comics says:
Wasted Space Holiday Special
Writer: Michael Moreci
Artist: Hayden Sherman
Cover: Hayden Sherman
Colorist: Jason Wordie
Letterer: Jim Campbell
Designer: Tim Daniel
A surprise between-arcs mini, the Holiday Special hits shelves Dec. 12 in 500 stores – totally free!
Release date: December 12th, 2018
Though the comiXology solicit has a better description: "It's free, b!tches. Happy holidays!"
Irving Berlin himself couldn't have put it better.
The comic will be totally free, so you might as well pick one of these up. But hopefully, you don't get one of the copies Michael Moreci rolled around nude on (we're assuming he must be nude, because why would you roll around in comics with clothes on?). Unless that's your preference. We don't kink-shame here at Bleeding Cool.
The book will also be free on comiXology, in case your shop sucks and doesn't stock Vault Comics (even though they make it so easy).
