When Two Become One

web1_atcc3The Portsmouth Daily Times reports that two local stores have become one.

Castle Comics, of Gallia and Gay Streets since 1989, has welcomed in Awesome Town from Boneyfiddle..

After card and video game store Awesome Town lost its lease, the owner Heather Whisman approached Robin Higgins, the owner of Castle Comics, where she had been a lifelong customer.

And, after some remodeling, they now they work alongside each other in the same location, with regularly scheduled card tournaments, including Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Magic the Gathering.

Whisman also restores the Pikachu window painting she remembered from her childhood.
